Terms & Conditions

By completing the registration form, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained below.

1. The Lords Plumbing & Heating Division ‘Full Monte’ Incentive commences on 1st October 2026 and ends on 31st March 2027 (“Promotional Period”).
2. The scheme is only open to existing APP Account holders and who are invited by Lords Plumbing & Heating Division / APP Wholesale Ltd to register for the incentive (“Participants”). This scheme excludes all current and previous employees.
3. The scheme is not open to any employees of any agencies or event suppliers or their families or agents, or any other person officially connected with the scheme.
4. All Participants in the rewards scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18 or over.
5. Each Participant will have an individual points target to achieve the reward, over the Promotional Period. The progress against target will be updated monthly on the dedicated website.
6. Points targets will be allocated based on the spend with the relevant business and applied as follows:
   • APP Plumbing & Heating – Points for general sales
   • APP Plumbing & Heating – Bonus points for supplier sponsors (Baxi, Ideal Heating, Resideo, Gledhill, Hive and Vaillant)
   • HRP Trade – Bonus Points (on all spares only)
   • Ultimate Renewable Supplies – Bonus Points plus additional awarded for supplier sponsor, Clivet.
7. Each Participant is only entitled to one ‘Couples’ place (one place = 2 people sharing one bedroom) upon achieving their points target regardless of whether targets are achieved multiple times.
8. Only completed orders which have been paid for in full before the end of the Promotional Period will count towards the points target. All targets are excluding VAT. The Lords Plumbing & Heating’s relevant Account Manager’s decision as to which orders will and will not count towards the target shall be binding on the Participant and final.
9. Where a Participant has more than one Trade Cash Account and/or Trade Credit Account with Lords P&H, the Participant’s sales target may be subject to adjustment at any point during the Promotional Period.
10. Participants who do not achieve their points target are not eligible for a reward or any part thereof, or any cash equivalent.
11. If it is confirmed by Lords P&H that the Participant has achieved the target during the Promotional Period, the Participant shall receive an email of congratulations, confirming the sales target has been achieved and details of the reward.
12. Lords P&H will try to allocate successful Participants to their reward event chosen upon registration; however, this cannot be guaranteed. The reward events are subject to availability and will be allocated on a strictly ‘first come, first served’ basis once the target has been achieved. Should your reward event not be possible then every effort will be made to provide a mutually agreeable alternative.
13. The reward cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded.
14. For the avoidance of doubt, rewards earned by a company holding a Trade Credit Account or Trade Cash Account shall be for the benefit of the company and not individuals.
15. Expenses incurred during or as a result of participation in any of the reward events are not included in the rewards scheme and shall be for the Participant’s own account.
16. Participants will be responsible for arranging and providing their own means of transportation to and from the UK departure airport for the reward event unless otherwise specified in the reward package.
17. Reward events shall only be permitted to go ahead if, on 1st April 2027 the Participant has no outstanding invoices attributable to the Promotional Period, or whose account has been suspended due to non-payment/legal issues. If any products included in your order total are returned or refunded (in part or in full) these purchases (or part thereof) will be discounted from the scheme, except for occasions when the product is faulty or damaged through no fault of the Participant. This does not affect your statutory rights.
18. Successful Participants will be advised via email to confirm their reward. Lords P&H / APP Wholesale Ltd decision is final as to the reward event allocated to the successful Participant.
19. The reward event dates are confirmed for the 24th–27th June 2027. The reward cannot be transferred to alternatives dates or location.
20. The closing date for the rewards scheme is 31st March 2027. Participants who have successfully achieved their sales target will be advised in writing, once this has been verified by Lords P&H Division, by 26th April 2027.
21. All persons attending the reward events agree to accept the waiver of responsibility by signing the booking form prior to registering for the rewards scheme. Lords P&H Division accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by negligence of Lords P&H Division, its servants or agents out of or in connection with this rewards scheme except were caused by wilful neglect of Lords P&H Division, its employees or agents. Nothing in the clause is deemed to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of Lords P&H Division, its employees or agents.
22. Obtaining insurance is at the Participants discretion and is for their own account. Lords P&H Division shall not be responsible for any insurance.
23. It is the responsibility of the Participants to have all documents required for travel and complete any required entry forms. Lords P&H Division, its employees or agents accept no responsibility for Participants unable to travel due to invalid documentation.
24. Lords P&H Division will not accept liability for change to the venue/events due to decisions by the event organisers or suppliers. Lords P&H Division reserves the right to change the venue and/or events within the Lords P&H Division promotion with notification and will provide an alternative venue and/or events of equal value. If this is not possible, Lords P&H Division reserves the right to substitute the event for a similar gift or a similar value.
25. No cash equivalent shall be provided for reward events. Lords P&H Division accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of these changes. Participation in the scheme is subject to event organisers’ or suppliers’ Terms and Conditions. Copies of suppliers’ Terms and Conditions are available from Lords P&H Division upon request.
26. Rewards may be subject to tax and National Insurance. Any tax implications remain with the Participant. For further information please contact your nearest Inland Revenue Office. Lords P&H Division will not be liable for any such tax and/or national insurance.
27. Any rewards that individuals from your company receive are received purely in the capacity of an agent, acting on behalf of your company. Any decision entitling individuals to be the recipient of the reward rests with your company and not with Lords P&H Division.
28. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Lords P&H Division and its appointed representatives is final in all matters and no correspondence shall be entered into.
29. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. This offer is non-transferable.
30. Lords P&H Division reserves the right to amend or withdraw this rewards scheme in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation.
31. A list of the successful Participants, by first name and County, will be available on request from 26th April 2027 by emailing: contact@lordsrewards.com.

33. By participating in the rewards scheme Participants are deemed to give their consent to appear in publicity material or other events relating to the rewards scheme. Participants may be asked to participate in future publicity or PR activities, which may involve taking photographs.
