FAQs
Customers have been carefully selected to participate and are strictly ‘exclusive’ invite only, trading across APP, HRP and URS. The targets are set and structured uniquely to each business entered.
Spend has been converted into points based on historical sales and forecast in APP Plumbing & Heating, with additional points added for spend with our supplier sponsors, HRP (spares purchases) and Ultimate Renewables.
Your points target is unique to you and set; progress against it is updated monthly, once we have the prior month sales figures and reports run.
You can review the target against sales with your account manager, but any decision will be final based on the T&Cs of the incentive and at the discretion of Lords Plumbing & Heating.
The reward is strictly a couples place, so will be a shared bedroom.
Qualification will be based on sales between 1st Sept and 28th Feb only. No purchases after this time will count.
